This is the third episode of what I’ve been calling the Big Shift, and it’s time to start spelling out some of its implications. The big shift is the transition from thinking about communication and information design as a process of ‘getting your message across’, to thinking about it as a process with two foci, namely the context of using information, and the context of creating information. What makes this shift so big?
